The Exhibit Runs Through March 4th at the Leonard Craig Gallery. (Unity, ME) Drawing can be intuitive and egalitarian, and quantity has its own quality. This show presents work from artists of reputation and obscurity, youth and experience. There are no labels for the pieces, and this is intentional. Our intention is that the drawings be encountered on face value alone, without any more information than that presented in the work itself. Unity College is located at 90 Quaker Hill Road in Unity. Gallery hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. This exhibit is curated by Ben Potter and is part of the Maine Drawing Project, a statewide celebration of Drawing in 2011. For more information, please click here.
