Featuring Two Well Known Local Artists(Wells, ME) Seeds Studio in Wells Corner will be hosting a Valentine Trunk show on Saturday, February 11th from noon to 3:00 pm. The show will feature fine jewelry of Michele Stivaletta and miniature paintings by Heather Lewis. (Image: Oil on Board Painting by Heather Lewis) Michele Stivaletta, a long time resident of Wells, has been crafting her fine jewelry for more than 30 years. Her work has been sold nationally and she has pieces on display in the White House and the Smithsonian Museum.

She is also member of the Maine craft Guild and participates annually in the in Bar Harbor Craft Fair as well as other local area galleries. Heather Lewis in an adjunct instructor at York County Community College. Her traditional training started when she was very young with artist parents, and then at the Philadelphia College of Art. She has exhibited extensively in her native Delaware and throughout New England for nearly two decades. Her work is included both in private and corporate collections. This is a special opportunity to purchase her original works of art at affordable prices. You can meet the artists at the opening reception,T”ea, Jazz and Gems” at Seeds Studio on Saturday, Feb 11th, from noon to 3:00 pm. Seeds Studio is located at 1544 Post Road in Wells, in the brick building across for the Wells Corner Plaza. Refreshments will be served. The special works will be on display through Valentines Day.
