On Sunday, October 14th, at 4:00 pm(Bar Mills, ME) Renowned baritone Richard Conrad returns with soprano Andrea Matthews, baritone Philip Lima, and captivating Bill Merril at the Old White Church’s Steinway. They will play excerpts from the Broadway repertory of Kurt Weil, laced with Richard’s anecdotes about the composer. (Image: Richard Conrad) Included will be songs and scenes from Johnny Johnson, Knickerbocker Holliday, One Touch of Venus, Lady in the Dark, The Firebrand of Florence, Street Scene, Love Life, The Threepenny Opera, and Huckleberry Finn. The Saco River Theatre salutes Richard and his colleagues for their unparalleled, impeccable, high energy performances, always delighting their audiences.
