(Belfast, ME) Waterfall Arts’ 4th Annual Family Fun(d)raiser Dinner, Pastabilities, takes place on Monday, February 27th. Sumptuous pasta dishes made by caterers, chefs and talented gourmands include Rebecca Miller (lobster mac and cheese), Shameem Highstreet (mushroom paprikash), Lou Chamberland (gluten free lasagna), Pam McKeen (ratatouille and gluten free bread/crackers), Carol Gater (chicken Alfred), Megan Cullen (spaghetti carbonara - second seating only), Christine West and Elaine Bielenberg (traditional tomato sauce and chicken cacciatore). There are two separate seating times this year to comfortably accommodate everyone in the Waterfall Arts’ Fallout Shelter; one at 5:00 pm and another beginning 6:30 pm. Noah Fishman and friends will provide original entertainment. The meal includes salad, bread, beverage and dessert. Wine and beer will be available by donation. For those with special dietary needs meatless and gluten free choices are available as well as a traditional sauce for youngsters. The cost at the door is $15 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Additionally, as this fundraiser is always more than just a meal, a silent auction will be held in the Clifford Gallery featuring everyday necessities and luxurious treatments and services. Come have fun, help Waterfall Arts continue to thrive and flourish, and satisfy your hunger all in one great evening. The Pastabilities Fun(d)raiser takes place at Waterfall Arts, 256 High Street in Belfast. The community supported non-profit organization is dedicated to creating community in harmony with nature through the transformative power of the arts.
