(Belfast, ME) On Saturday, August 18th at 2:00 pm, Left Bank Books in Belfast will welcome back best-selling cookbook author Brooke Dojny to sign her new book Lobster! 55 Fresh & Simple Recipes for Everyday Eating. Dojny is well-known for her fantastic cookbooks-- Dishing Up Maine being a long time favorite for its beautifully doable local recipes. Now that lobster is more affordable than ever, this particular summer is the perfect time to learn all the delicious ways to consume the delectable "ocean bugs"-- from mini Lobstercakes, to Lobster and Arugula Pizza, to the perfect simply boiled lobster.
