(Searsport, ME) Beloved baker Elinor Klivans will be serving up chocolate cake, and signing her newest cookbook, Chocolate Cakes: 50 Great Cakes for Every Occasion, on Saturday, June 12th from 3:00 to 4:00 pm at Left Bank Books. The event is free and open to the public; all chocolate lovers and bakers are invited! Klivans, a former pastry chef, is the author of such best-selling cookbooks as Cupcakes!, Just published by Chronicle Books ($22.95), Chocolate Cakes celebrates almost everyone's favorite dessert in a gorgeous new book of recipes and pictures.
