Every Sunday at the Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath at 2:00 pm, July 12 through August 2, 2009.

The Bowdoin International Music Festival's concerts feature distinguished musicians from renowned chamber groups, orchestras, and conservatories worldwide, and the extraordinary young musicians who travel to Maine each summer to work with them in the Bowdoin International Music Festival School summer study program. In 2009, Festival Fridays, Upbeat! and Monday Sonatas concerts will observe the anniversaries of Haydn and Mendelssohn with major works by each, along with works by Schubert, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and others. In all, the festival will present more than 80 concerts in seven concert series and other special events.
