Performances are July 9-11 and July 16-18 at 7:30 pm.

Back by popular demand, “Always…Patsy Cline” is a charming and poignant tribute to the woman considered by many to be country music’s greatest female singer. The play is told with infectious humor through the letters and memories of Texas divorcee Louise who after a chance meeting with Cline, became her fast friend and pen pal until Cline’s untimely death at age 30 in a 1963 plane crash. This touching portrayal of friendship is as fun and lively as a Texas roadhouse honky-tonk, with audience encouraged to sing along and get out of their chairs to dance the two-step to the sounds of a smoking country swing band.

Featuring twenty-seven of Cline’s most famous hits, including “I Fall To Pieces,” “Crazy,” “Walkin’ After Midnight,” “Lovesick Blues” and “San Antonio Rose,” this remarkably affecting piece of theater is guaranteed to please.

Directed by Dana Packard. With the Bodacious Bobcats Swing Band: Joe Bob Arsenault – Piano, Jon Bob Paul – Guitar, Jim Bob Lyden – Bass and D. Bob Packard – Drums.
