(Gardiner, ME) Natural Inclination is a commemoration of two significant, personal milestones—it has been twenty-five years since Clare Marron, owner of Monkitree began working on environmental issues and two years since the gallery opened. A portion of proceeds from this show will benefit both the Natural Resources Council of Maine and Clean Water Action. There will be an opening reception on Friday May 18th, from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. The show runs through July 20, 2012.

The artwork in this show is informed by each artist's appreciation of the natural world, compassion for others, and the desire to connect with them to create solutions.
