(Brunswick, ME) Maine Artist Janet Glatz announced that she has been selected for the juried International Parallax Art Fair to be held at the Prince George, East 27th St. between Madison and 5th Avenue, New York City, on May 10-12, 2013. The Parallax Art Fair is the second New York show for the U.K. based organization, and was conceived and curated by art historian and theorist Dr. Charles Barlow. Each Parallax fair features over 200 international artists, and is described as the world’s largest juried international art fair.

Janet Glatz lives and creates in Brunswick where she also teaches out of her studio. She is known for her realistic paintings which are both striking and allegorical. “I am delighted to be selected and to participate in a show that involves such an internationally diverse group of artists, and to present my new series, Man and Sea,” says Glatz.
